- 26 November 1883: Maman visits a lady newly arrived from St Petersburg with a letter from Mme Staritsky; Mme Zarondny, her sister-in-law, has a daughter studying at the Academy in St Petersburg (102.0322).

On 14 June Marie amuses them and a certain «Esteoule» with her Cumberland tricks (104.0580), and the Staritskys are at the tea on the 27th (104.0672).
