Overview

The village near Versailles where the Canroberts have their country house, and where Marie spends many days from July 1883 to September 1884. The paragraph footnote at 102.0225 gives the location (south-west of Paris, in the Bièvre valley) and notes that the Mallets also had a country house there. Marie writes «Jouy». See the Canrobert family, Claire Canrobert.
