Bojidar came yesterday with his mother; he is coming back this evening to finish arranging my books. It is a real passion I have for books: I arrange them, count them, look at them; the mere sight of this mass of volumes gladdens my heart; I step back to look at them like a picture. I have about seven hundred volumes, but as nearly all of them are large format, that would make many more in ordinary size.
