The Hohenlohes — from the German Embassy in Paris — are coming here. Also the family of General Loris-Mélikoff, ennobled as count after the last war. These latter do not intimidate me — they are friends of the Lisanders at Wiesbaden. I should dearly like to make the acquaintance of both, and above all of the Hohenlohes... Meanwhile my calm is disturbed.
Les Hohenlohe, ambassade d'Allemagne à Paris vont arriver ici. Aussi la famille du général Loris-Mélikoff créée comte après la dernière guerre. Ces derniers ne m'effraient pas.
