In Marie's diary

  • 12 February 1878 (Paris): «On chantait "La Traviata", Mme Albani...
Marie's «Alban» is Albani: the five names fit the roles of Méphistophélès, Valentin, Faust, Marguerite and Siebel, and a Journal de Monaco bulletin of 1882 (reported by a web search, issue not opened) names Albani, Scalchi and Faure in that Faust. The Mon Journal t.14 index takes «Alban (M.), acteur» for a man. Confidence 0.8.
