I walked with my aunt (white dress) and we stopped at the Italian theatre and reserved a box for Saturday — Bellour sings La Sonnambula.
On the quay we met Bihovetz with Walitsky. I believe the General is to marry Zoé Pelikan.
Maman, Markevitch and Paul are at the afternoon reception aboard the Franklin — that handsome American vessel anchored at Villefranche.
We went to the café with Walitsky. I have made white fashionable — la Vigier is in white, and one sees a few white dresses appearing on the Promenade, but nothing to compare with mine.
No Paris — how shall I get to the races? Good heavens.
