Overview

A member of the Roman Caccia-Club set of 1876, always seen with Zucchini, Cesaro and Belmonte in the club's stage box (barcaccia). Marie stresses his size and calls him a deputy: «Pandola, l'immense député» (055/1876-03-05); the Mon Journal t.7 index has «Pandola (M.), député». Not further identified.

Relevance to Marie

One of the fashionable young men she watches and lists: «Les Doria, Odescalchi, Pandola, Torlonia voilà ce qu'il me faudrait» (055/1876-03-09); in the Valle barcaccia with Zucchini (055/1876-03-10); among the friends of the Caccia-Club who must never know of Pietro's convent retreat (056/1876-03-31); his name heads the list on the title page of Livre 59 (059.0004). On 23 April 1876, with the subscriptions suspended, «L'immense Pandola dans un fauteuil au parterre représentait à lui tout seul l'illustre société» and, Marie notes, lorgnettes her (059.0196). In June 1876 she learns that Audiffret knows him (062/1876-06-30).
