Norscott is a pseudonym, not a real family. "Alexandrine Norscott" is the alias under which Mme Marie de Daillens, née de Mouzay, attended the feminist society Le Droit des femmes in December 1880; "M. Norscott" is the invented late English husband of that persona. See Mme de Daillens for the full identification and sources.
