It rains. I go out with my aunt (blue dress). I go to the cercle — that is to say, to Rumpelmayer's. I forgot to say that last evening I was at the opera — La Sonnambula — and was bored. This evening at the Théâtre Français with Nadia, Sacha, and Julie — Le Petit Faust — equally bored (blue cloth dress, white fichu, hair done).# Mercredi, 17 février 1875 Il pleut. Je sors avec ma tante (robe bleue). Je vais au cercle, c'est-à-dire chez Rumpelmayer. J'oubliai de dire que hier soir j'étais à l'Opéra. "La Somnambule" et que je me suis ennuyée. Ce soir au Français avec Nadia, Sacha et Julie. "Le petit Faust", aussi ennuyée que hier (robe bleue drap, fichu blanc, coiffée).
