Overview

Fishing village and small harbour on the Cap Ferrat peninsula, east of Nice, beside the roadstead of Villefranche-sur-Mer. In 1875 it was a hamlet of the commune of Villefranche; it became a commune of its own only in 1904 (Wikipedia, "Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat"). Not to be confused with the Quai Saint-Jean in Paris.
