Theolog

Overview

A lady called Mme Theolog by Marie, in the Mon Journal t.14 index «Théologo (Mme) : 215». The name looks Greek (Theologos). No first name or other details are known.

Relevance to Marie

On 27 September 1881, at Biarritz, Marie writes of a sheet carried away by her: «Une vieille caricature, je n'ai presque pas exagéré sur la feuille qu'a emportée Mme Theolog» (093.0149). So Marie had drawn a caricature, and Mme Theolog took it away with her.

Identity uncertain

We have found nothing else about her. If you can identify her, we would be glad to hear from you.
