Mme Romanoff

This is the same person as #Ma_tante.

Mme Romanoff = Nadine (Nadejda) Romanoff, nee Babanine. Marie's maternal aunt, widow of M. Thadee Romanoff. She is consistently called "ma tante" throughout the diary but identified as "Mme Romanoff" in formal contexts (death notices, letters, public references).
