Overview

A Russian acquaintance of Marie's in Paris, spring 1880. Introduced to her along with "le baron Brunier" at an outdoor gathering on the Champs-Élysées steps on 3 May 1880. Also encountered at dinner on 4 May 1880 with the Russian community ("nos Russes à dîner"). Described only as one of "Nos Russes" — a member of the Russian émigré or visiting social circle in Paris.
