On Sunday 2 May 1875, skipping church, Marie, Dina, Marie Sapogenikoff and Olga go in the landau «chez Bassè acheter du fromage; quand nous le vîmes, il nous parut si frais, si bon, si succulent qu'en un instant à la porte du magasin pendant que Bassé nous allait chercher autre chose... nous avons dévoré une livre de fromage»; the coachman Ambroise looks on (032.0221).
