What does "at least" mean? Thank God, I never doubted I would be accepted.

It was learnt afterwards that she was accepted.

The Salon jury ranked submitted works on a scale from 1 to 3; a numéro 3 indicated acceptance by a majority rather than unanimous approval. Julian's "at least" implies the ranking may have been higher.↩
