Bagatelle (the dog)

Bagatelle, one of Marie's dogs (1874)

A female dog of Marie's household in 1874, kept alongside the beloved Prater (#Prater). The dog continues in the later years (carnets 042, 072, 084, 088: the bulldog, "écrasée à Spa"). There is no park Bagatelle in the diary. Not the theatre piece "Bagatelle" of 019/1874-05-21, and not the common noun "bagatelle(s)" (003, 004, 007, 018).
